I was always the child taking things apart and asking “why?” and “how?” about anything and everything. That’s how I approach data; as something, I want to take apart, solve, and put back together in a way that makes sense.
I hold both an MHSA and a PhD from The University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. My background is in Complex Systems and Operations Research. I approach every problem with systems thinking and an eye towards the up and downstream needs of the client.

I founded ARG Consulting, LLC in 2019 to help other small businesses design and implement custom solutions for their challenges. The goal is to integrate new solutions with existing workflows and constraints seamlessly, not a cookie cutter consultant knows best grafted onto your unique business. The best solution is the one that is built for the way you work and your team will actually use!
ARG Consulting has done projects for clients across different industry from construction trades to retail and early childhood development to financial services. What unites all of these is that modern businesses collect and require all kinds of data to meet their internal and customer needs, but often times the systems that manage this information are more of a hindrance than a help to the day to day functioning of the business and its employees. Finding a way to make data work for a company is my passion.
