ARG Consulting managed in two weeks what we had been trying to do for years on our own, distill our workflow into a comprehensive and compact diagram for reference.  Alana helped us find gaps in our process we didn’t even realize were holding us back.  Now, we are using that workflow map to update our CRM, add performance-based metrics, and grow our sales channels without having to rehash the same conversations for every new project.  The developer cost for the CRM dropped from $350,000 to $50,000 because of this workflow documentation being in place.   It has also opened up so many opportunities to use the data we already had to improve our business.  The dashboards and file extracts she designed inside our CRM and the spreadsheet tools she built made our data cleaner and made everyone in the office able to pull reports instead of backing up on one person's desk.  Alana and ARG Consulting were a pleasure to work with and her ability to understand our business quickly and accurately provided so much more than the simple workflow study we were expecting.

It’s A Small World Daycare grew out of a home-based daycare into a multi-center program, but this organic growth meant there were some inefficiencies and gaps in knowledge for running a much larger enterprise.  ARG Consulting helped us to identify and target these areas so that we could focus on what we do best, childcare and nurturing growing minds.  Alana’s observations and detailed questions quickly demonstrated an understanding of our business needs and the recommendations incorporated a holistic systems approach.  Moving from day to day operational forms into the analysis of financial trends, good data and good practices are at the heart of the recommendations.  Alana’s insightful questions and clear communication helped us move into a new phase of our business a much smoother transition.  I and my management staff were left with more than the new tools, our own approach changed for the better with the knowledge she left with us.

When we needed help setting up a new booking platform and guidebook, ARG Consulting helped tremendously.  Alana helped us bring our ideas to life, but also helped us add even more to the vision for our Caribou Vibes properties.  Attention to detail and focusing on additional revenue streams made our new site really pop.  Bookings are already up.
